    We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team! This individual will collaborate with the marketing team on various client and employee initiatives, as well as provide marketing and administrative support as needed. We are looking for a proactive individual who exhibits excellent organization and communication skills and is looking to learn and grow in their marketing career. This is a remote role with the ability to occasionally travel to our East Brunswick office location on an as-needed basis.

     

    Requirements

     

    1. Assist with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system administration including updating/clean-up of data entry, pull data and build lists as requested, support edits/updates needed for client pipeline purposes, and send appropriate form submissions to the appropriate recipients
    2. Responsible for organizing and submitting necessary back up for invoicing, bill payments and other marketing credit card expenses
    3. Assist with basic correspondence with vendors
    4. Work with HR in the coordination of various employee gifts/giveaways, including New Hire Welcome boxes, Holiday gifts, baby bundles, etc.
    5. Monitor giveaways inventory and packing for tradeshows
    6. Assist with Culture Committee events and organization, including food orders, calendaring and other logistics required for various firmwide events
    7. Assist various Departments/Industry group with planning and logistics for employee team-building activities both virtually and in-person
    8. Monitor Marketing email accounts and direct messages accordingly.
    9. Assist with coordination and ordering of client and referral gifts
    10. Help our Young Professionals Networking group in event planning and logistics
    11. Assist with editing and formatting of various internal and client-facing PowerPoint presentations
    12. Assist with proposal writing and content development
    13. Support all members of the Marketing team in organizing various projects

     

    Qualifications

     

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
    2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
    3. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools a plus.
    4. Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
    5. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
    6. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask and balance multiple deadlines.
    7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
