    We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team! This individual will collaborate with and work alongside our Marketing Director and our Partners to help establish and execute on the strategic and creative marketing plans of our various industry groups and service lines. The successful candidate is a proactive and highly motivated individual who brings strategic thinking and creativity to the various projects and initiatives of the marketing team. This is a remote role with the ability to occasionally travel to our East Brunswick office location and other local event locations on an as needed basis.

     

    Requirements

     

    1. Support the different industry and service practice groups’ overall marketing plans and execution
    2. Assist with the planning and execution of firm-hosted seminars and events (in person and virtually); including identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists, event invitation distribution and follow-up, and on-site support
    3. Assist with management of the Firm’s CRM system (HubSpot), including list creation, pipeline editing and overall maintenance
    4. Drafting, editing, and proofreading of content such as email alerts, articles, event materials, blog posts, presentations, resumes/bios, social media, and more
    5. Handle and oversee the posting and distribution of external firm content, including the firm’s website and social media channels
    6. Assist with content updates to proposal materials and provide support to overall proposal process
    7. Create and prepare marketing packages/sales materials as needed.
    8. Assist with promotional material product orders and maintaining ongoing inventory
    9. Work with the firm’s Culture Committee, Women in Business Group as well as Young Professionals Group in setting goals and execution
    10. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training, as well as reading relevant trade publications
    11. Works with and supports HR in recruiting efforts by creating recruiting graphics, updating website and social media content, and other marketing materials and content for on-campus recruiting efforts.
    12. Provide Tradeshow support including planning, coordinating logistics, and day-of setup.
    13. Conduct LinkedIn training and the Marketing Department overview for all new hires as part of the new-hire onboarding process.

     

    Qualifications

     

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
    2. 3+ years of experience
    3. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media, etc.) and market research methods
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
    5. Experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot or other CRM tools) and applications (web analytics, Google Adwords, etc) a plus.
    6. Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
    7. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
    8. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask and balance multiple deadlines.
    9. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

    6. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Individual salaries are determined through multiple factors permitted by law including but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certification, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
