Role Description: Marketing Programs and Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
Wasabi is seeking a Marketing Programs and Operations Manager to provide hands-on project & program leadership. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining & driving our cross-functional plans for key projects, including our new product launches, GTM activities for strategic product solutions, and Technology Alliance Partners.
You will work across the Wasabi Marketing organization to ensure appropriate resources are assigned and provide insight into program readiness for product and solution launch. We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated and enjoys problem-solving. This role will be instrumental in our continued growth. To be successful in this role, you should have expertise in product launch and marketing campaigns and thrive in working in a fast-paced startup environment with a customer-first mentality. In this position, you should exhibit excellent communication skills, prior organizational leadership experience, demonstrated ability to manage through influence, and be a strategic problem-solver.
This role will report to the Vice President of Cloud Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing project and program management for the Technologies Marketing team.
- Work with Product Marketing, Technical Alliances Marketing, and the Market and Competitive Intelligence teams to create plans and manage the execution of key programs, including product launches, GTM activities with strategic partners, and our webinar programs.
- Work in a consultative manner with internal teams, establish, maintain, and influence program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
- Execute program plans, and communicate program status and data to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience in marketing operations, programs and product teams.
- Strong understanding of project management or team leadership experience.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with outstanding attention to detail is a must.
- Positive attitude and solution focused to help customers, both internal and external.
- Attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana), CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot) and webinar platforms BrightTalk and GotoWebinar.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMP, advanced Project Management certifications) are a plus but not required.
