    The Triptease Marketing team is looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Analyst to support our significant growth efforts. You’ll lead the way in helping the wider marketing team identify the most effective marketing channels and campaigns and ensure smooth handover of warm leads from marketing to sales.

    Triptease exists to help hotels increase their direct bookings at a lower cost. With offices in London, New York, Singapore and Barcelona, Triptease has a global view of the hotel and hospitality industry, and uses this data to empower Marketing and Revenue teams with the tools to make their direct booking strategy more effective.

     

    Your responsibilities will include:

     

    1. Tracking and reporting process: design, implement and manage the full tracking and reporting cycle. Be involved at the inception of marketing campaigns to ensure the correct tracking is built into the project from the beginning. Provide valuable insights during and after the campaign to help measure ROI and identify areas to increase the campaign efficiency.
    2. Automation: setup automations and salesforce flows to allow seamless, real-time tracking. Ensure all the data flow from the various platforms used across the business can be assimilated into one comprehensive report.
    3. Data: Ensure the right data is being collected, stored and shared in the optimal way. You’ll be in charge of enriching our new leads (with the help of our database enricher) and assigning them to the most relevant member of our Sales team. You’ll also be responsible for cleaning and uploading lists (e.g. event attendees) to Salesforce, making sure the data is de-duplicated and in a clean, usable state for our Sales teams and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely way. You’ll have the opportunity to automate these processes in close collaboration with our Sales operations team.
    4. Analysis: Use data from marketing engagement metrics to salesforce opportunity data, to help guide the wider marketing campaigns based on what has worked, which audiences are most lucrative and where the opportunities are to increase the customer base and grow revenue.
    5. Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker and other tools: With our team growing quickly and moving fast, it’s important to have great data insights available at our fingertips. You’ll be responsible for building reports and dashboards that clearly visualise our marketing performance / sales activity and can be used to identify opportunities for new campaigns.

     

    Requirements

     

    1. Communicate and present insights to the business: You can tell a compelling story with data, in a clear and concise manner that is tailored to the different stakeholders. You have an eye for graphic design and visual display of datasets.
    2. Run data analysis by using multiple tools: You’re proficient with Spreadsheets, Salesforce, Zapier and ideally Looker, SQL and Google Analytics. Experience with email marketing, paid social, PPC and statistical analysis would also be a plus.
    3. Strive for continuous improvement: You have a desire to improve processes and drive revenue through data driven optimisation. You possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and a high degree of business acumen.
    4. Work effectively within a fast moving team: You should be able to handle concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent follow-through.
