    The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. They will closely partner with Sales, Marketing & Business Development to support strategy development and execution on campaigns, events and account-based marketing initiatives. The aim of these initiatives is to generate and drive qualified vertical-specific leads through the ThoughtExchange marketing funnel.

    Responsibilities: 
     
    Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the overall strategic vision and execution of marketing plans for identified vertical to create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth
    - Implement Account Based Marketing strategies
    - Understand & leverage customer journeys, buyer personas, customer/market insights, data analytics, A/B test and learn strategies to identify the right tactics and content to engage campaign targets
    - Partner with the wider Marketing team and utilize strong project management skills to launch successful multi-channel marketing initiatives 
    - Provide on-page SEO guidance, keyword research, and content recommendations for identified verticals 
    - Support execution, tracking and measurement of allocated marketing campaigns
    - Execute and monitor a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign and event; support the development of campaign post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement
    - Ensure department consistency in reporting metrics and suggest process improvements as needed
    - Support content creation and logistics for external-facing webinars
    - Collaborate with Events Marketing team to manage events and sponsorship budget
    - Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training.
     
    What we think is true about you: 
     
    - Post-Secondary Education and/or relevant work experience
    Minimum 5 years of work experience
    - Minimum 3 years of marketing specific experience with focus on omni-channel marketing 
    - Experience implementing marketing campaign strategies
    - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
    - Experience tracking key performance metrics for campaign ROI (i.e. pipeline, performance and brand metrics)
     
    Nice to have:
     
    Experience working in a collaborative team environment, ideally in SaaS or Startup companies, is an asset
    - Basic experience with Salesforce and Marketo is an asset
    - Experience managing projects using strong organizational and problem solving skills is an asset
