Key Responsibilities:
· End to End execution of the complete marketing campaign on both the internal and external partner platform
· Internal stakeholder management – co-ordination with different internal teams like – design, operations, tech and product
· The candidate would be responsible to raise detailed requirement in software development tools like JIRA and others
· Support external partners with operational & creative requirements. Share details like – Offer TnC, redemption process, promo codes, etc
· Creates & maintains work process flows by co-ordinating information and requirements with related operational departments
· Basic hygiene check of the offers made live on the platform.
· Undertaking detailed QC of the campaign flow and user experience before making the campaign live
· Competition benchmarking – tracking & reporting the different types of marketing offers being run by competitors. Presenting this insight to the team as and when required
Skill Required:
· 1-2 years of work experience
· Good communications skills (written & verbal)
· Good stakeholder management skills
· Strong expertise in MS Excel
· Basic understanding of ecommerce business
Qualification:
· Graduate with Science background preferred
