    We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for an ambitious and purpose-driven Marketing Manager to join the team.

     

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for a wide variety of marketing campaigns and activities across all areas of the business, covering both B2C and B2B. This will be a key hire within the expanding marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director. We are looking for someone creative, dynamic and autonomous, who can think strategically but also roll their sleeves up to get fully involved in campaign management and delivery.

    Led by our Chief Impact and Marketing Officer, the Marketing team are at the core of our Tandem brand. They promote Tandem to consumers ensuring that we are providing hard working people across the UK with sustainable ways to borrow and save. Our aim is to engage with and, ultimately, help power the potential of our customers, people, partners and investors.

     

    What you will be working on:

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

     

    1. Working with the Brand & Comms Manager to plan and deliver innovative cross-channel brand campaigns aligned to our greener bank proposition
    2. Supporting the expansion and roll-out of Tandem Marketplace, developing campaigns to drive traffic to the Marketplace and position it as the go-to hub for greener living and money management
    3. Working with our Marketplace partners to deliver co-marketing campaigns and activities
    4. Managing the development of our new Tandem consumer e-newsletter focused around greener living
    5. Working with the product areas across the bank (Savings, Mortgages, Home Improvement Loans, Motor Finance & Personal Loans) to deliver product-focused B2B and B2C campaigns to drive intermediary take up and consumer interest
    6. Gathering requirements and producing product collateral and guides for both intermediary partners and consumers across all of the bank’s product areas
    7. Working with our Customer Engagement squad to manage website updates across tandem.co.uk and support ongoing site development
    8. Working with our data team to provide analytics and reporting on campaign performance to ensure we can effectively track and optimise all activity and conversion

     

    What we're looking for:

     

    The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

     

    1. 5+ years in Marketing roles, both operational and strategic, in either a busy agency setting or consumer-facing, fast-paced, growing business
    2. Experience of working in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or banking
    3. Experience in marketing for an app-based consumer product would be a plus
    4. Extensive track record of successfully delivering high performing marketing campaigns driving new customer acquisition and brand awareness
    5. Strong skills and experience across all areas of marketing including brand, social media, digital marketing and campaign management
    6. Strong analytical and data skills with a test and learn approach
    7. Ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-changing environment
    8. An interest in sustainability and greener living would be a plus
