    We are seeking an experienced, talented leader to join our company as a Marketing Operations Lead. As part of our senior marketing team, you are responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns all within deadlines. You develop a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement new processes to eliminate inefficiency, improve client relationships, and support overall business objectives. 

     

    What you'll be doing:

     

    1. Responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns all within deadlines.
    2. Oversee all aspects of marketing department operations, delivering regular reports tol leadership.
    3. Ensure smooth cross-functioning of different sub-departments. On-site, CRM
    4. Hire and train new staff and promote talented team members to positions of greater responsibility.
    5. Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility, especially with internal team relations.
    6. Communicate with end users and executive management and manage coordinated development and testing activities between departments. 
    7. Analyze online metrics to maximize ROI.
    8. Improve natural search by optimizing the app and on-site layout.
    9. Create wireframe designs and documentation supporting application requirements.

     

    What we're looking for:

     

    1. At least 3 years of experience in a marketing project management role, within a marketing department or agency
    2. Proven track record of leadership 
    3. Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills
