We are seeking an experienced Hubspot expert to be Sylva’s Hubspot administrator and to drive Hubspot adoption across the company to help us reach our aggressive business goals. You’ll split your time building and managing the Hubspot instance, managing Hubspot integrations, and working with internal teams to develop and build automation programs. This role’s internal stakeholders will include centralized corporate teams such as Growth, Product & Engineering, M&A, as well as a portfolio of community teams. This person will report into our Head of Growth.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing against a product roadmap that helps drive revenue growth using Hubspot’s capabilities
Acting as the Hubspot administrator, including responsibilities such as maintaining database hygiene and email deliverability; management of global objects; workflow design and maintenance; and user management
Developing and maintaining integrations with other technologies, primarily using OpsHub or Zapier
Utilizing data to optimize community membership sales, onboarding, and retention funnels coordinating with teams to build targeted email marketing campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and more
Building dashboards and data exports to 3rd party reporting tools to deliver insights to stakeholders
Collaborating on tracking and attribution, including oversight of UTM tracking capabilities in the Hubspot platform
Managing and creating technical documentation, how-to-guides, tutorial videos, and knowledge base articles
Preferred Qualifications:
Hubspot certified and 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Hubspot administrator
Extensive experience building and maintaining integrations with OpsHub or Zapier
Comfortable working across B2C and B2B business models, ideally with experience working with subscription-based or SaaS businesses
Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and build automations that improve performance
Natural relationship builder with a diplomatic approach to situations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hardworking, resourceful, and scrappy
A proven track record of getting things done with competing priorities and ambiguity
