*Note: this will be a 6-months contract position.

Responsibilities
1. Work with campaign teams to aid in the curation of all onsite and CRM content and to ensure accuracy, quality, and legitimacy of content
2. Ensure all onsite assets are set up correctly, on time, and up to date
3. Work closely with other internal stakeholders to get necessary marketing collateral and information to be pushed on ShopBack’s site in a timely manner
4. Support and ensure smooth and timely campaign execution
5. Document content management processes and work on their continuous improvement
Requirements
1. At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (new graduate are welcome)
2. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
3. Positive work attitude with good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
4. Strong project management and multitasking abilities
5. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
6. Basic Microsoft Excel skill is a plus
7. Previous experience in content management is a plus
