    POSITION OVERVIEW

     

    The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting tactical development and execution of integrated marketing plans for the Patient Engagement organization.  They will support all marketing programs that drive recruitment to the business. They will help enable programs in using our programmatic marketing approach. They will also be responsible for maintaining dashboards, analytics and supporting data driven programs across platforms and patient types.

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Duties include but are not limited to:

     

    1. Help define and implement enabling capabilities, infrastructure and processes to ensure seamless execution, measurement and continuous improvement of Science 37’s recruitment programs.
    2. Support integrated digital and CRM programs, patient experience and metrics (examples of working system knowledge include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, Marketo)
    3. Complete marketing operations responsibilities including but not limited to: data segmenting/collection and list segmentation
    4. Support changes to the email production schedule to make sure all deliverables are completed on time
    5. Test all emails for proper rendering on email clients and mobile devices.
    6. Work to develop email templates for ease of production
    7. Leverage the task management platform to extract all digital campaign requirements, requested dates, assets, and list criteria.
    8. Test new functionality when available in the marketing automation platform.
    9. Research answers to technical issues and liaise with vendors as needed.
    10. Ensure all campaign tracking is in place and accurate for all emails and forms.
    11. Manage various processes to ensure seamless, timely and budget controlled programs. (Including: vendor invoicing, approval routing, marketing campaign reporting, optimization of programs and on-going monitoring and analytics, etc.)
    12. Support digital media, including metrics, dashboards, analytics, and optimizations. 
    13. Help optimize site, channels, and processes to ensure seamless execution, measurement, and continuous improvement – Monitor, report and analyze performance with insights on refinement to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing digital environment and algorithms. 
    14. Partner with analytics team to monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks
    15. Email campaign creation, execution, and management.
    16. Special projects as needed

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

     

    Qualifications 

     

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
    2. Minimum 2-3 years digital marketing experience. Digital Ad Agency experience is a plus.
    3. Experience with automated marketing systems (i.e., Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc) highly preferred
    4. Experience using digital tools and resources including Google suite of products (Analytics, AdWords, Webmaster Tools, and Tag Manager), SEO software and social media tools. 
    5. Experience and understanding of data driven marketing, segmentation, personalization and targeting techniques

    1. Strong communication and presentation skills â€“ Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing. Experience in working cross-functionally with agencies, vendors, internal partners, and others to gather requirements and document processes while providing updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) of activities.  
    2. Computer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint required. 
    3. Superior organizational skills and accuracy - Keeping track of items, creating and developing sensible strategies and physical solutions for facilitating work flow, cleanliness, and efficiency in the office. Detail-oriented and careful about quality of work 
    4. Project management- Ability to manage projects of varying complexity. 
    5. Time management skills- Adapt to new problems and readjust as needed to complete an assignment. Proven ability to multi-task at a high level and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines and needs. Capable of juggling several running projects.  
    6. Team management and collaborative capabilities – Commitment to collaboration, within and across departments. Leverages each team member’s unique background and perspective to achieve team goals while providing clear direction and accountabilities.
    7. Interpersonal Savvy - Understands interpersonal and group dynamics and reacts in an effective and tactful manner. Has a range of interpersonal skills and approaches with ability to select a best-fit approach. 
    8. Practices professionalism and integrity in all actions â€“ Demonstrated ability to foster concepts of teamwork, cooperation, self- control, and flexibility to get the work done. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Able to successfully work in a decentralized team environment. Skilled in situational responsive decision-making.

    Capabilities 

     

    1. Up to 20% travel, as needed, for project team meetings, client presentations and other professional meetings/conferences as needed
    2. Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)

     

    REPORTING

     

    Position reports to Director, Patient Engagement and Outreach who will also assign projects, provide general direction and guidance.  Incumbent is expected to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
