The Opportunity:
runZero is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Manager with proven experience designing, managing and executing marketing campaigns in a cybersecurity organization. This role will organize, develop and report on end-to-end campaigns designed to drive new business as well build brand recognition and awareness. You will work collaboratively with our product marketing, content and growth marketing teams to determine strategic initiatives for our target audience. The ideal candidate is part strategic-mastermind, part creative-genius, and part data-nerd. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing
What you’ll do:
Own the management and execution of demand and brand building marketing campaigns
Coordinate and assist with the development and design of marketing campaigns including conceptualization, deliverables, target audience, timelines, tactics, channels, KPIs, and reporting
Maintain an updated internal campaigns calendar
Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance in order to adjust, pivot, continue or terminate campaigns based on results
Manage and advise on quarterly and annual campaign budgets, track spend and ROI
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs, develop campaign focuses, improve campaign effectiveness and collaborate to achieve company targets.
Work with content and product marketing teams to refine messaging, tactics and content style based on campaign results
Effectively communicate timelines/deadlines to team members to keep projects on track and hit campaign launch deadlines.
Deliver fully formed campaigns to the business stakeholders, communicating goals, purpose, target audience and use cases in order to ensure impactful campaign launches
Work closely with the Channel marketing and sales teams to incorporate Channel needs in the campaign development and execution process.
Skill you have:
A successful track record of cyber security marketing campaign ownership and can provide examples of campaigns you have planned from start to finish.
The know-how to build different types of campaigns. For example, those meant to drive demand versus ones meant for branding and have ways to determine the success of both.
Love digging into campaign results and using those results to drive your decisions
The ability to target different personas/audiences, and identify where those audiences go to get the latest news and insights
An ace collaborator
Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize concurrently running projects
Keep up-to-date with current marketing trends
Basic knowledge of digital advertising, industry publications, and social media best practices
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Experience in cyber security is required
Hubspot experience a plus
Salary range: runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $120-140k plus stock options. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role at the wrong salary band.
