Job Summary:
The marketing and video production Intern will directly support senior level executives of a 5,000-unit Real Estate Property Management in all internal and external initiatives. This individual works behind the scenes to solve problems and supports in any way, including special projects and ownership of administrative functions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Team in managing projects to ensure objectives are met and timely completion
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and processes via Fuse (learning platform)
- Interface with internal departments to document and analyze current and future state business processes and recommend improvements
- Facilitate the development of processes and knowledge sharing capabilities
- Oversee travel logistics, including scheduling and calendars, and arranging meetings and ensuring necessary background information provided for all activities
- Special tasks include meeting with outside partners; begin initiatives and hand off to new hires or executives
- Manage miscellaneous tasks
- Conduct market research in order to better serve the current and future needs of Operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preference for juniors entering senior year of college
- Experience in Adobe photoshop suite
- Experience in Canva
- Basic videographer experience preferred
- Diligent, responsible, and forthright
- Proactive and resourceful in executing vague or open-ended directives
- High level of discretion; judgment; diplomacy, and analytical ability
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Concise, professional, and effective interpersonal, written and oral communication ability
