We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and communicative Marketing Operations Specialist (part-time) who is eager to learn about and manage our martech stack. You will be working closely with various departments to optimize our automated processes and reporting. If you want to gain hands-on experience managing tools like Slack, Zapier, Hubspot, and Salesforce, this is the opportunity for you!
This is a fully remote position, requiring 15–20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Drive and support a wide range of operations projects to improve campaign tracking, lead management, and demand generation.
Ensure all inbound leads are appropriately tagged and identified in Salesforce and Hubspot
Automate marketing-related business processes and tasks
Manage and optimize workflows, objects, and accounts in Salesforce
Configure, implement, integrate, and optimize the martech stack
