    We’re looking for Marketing Manager (focus on SMB). You’ll be a part of our Noventiq Malaysia team. You’ll be a part of our APAC Innovation Growth Team.

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    Orchestrate Marketing activities across 28 countries within CEE

     

    1. Drive the marketing plan, and implement marketing strategy across the CEE region.
    2. Develop and produce high-quality, accurate, and compelling internal and external marketing activities.
    3. Create deep and fruitful relationships with a key strategic partners.
    4. Create strong partnerships and collaboration both within the internal team and between immediate partner teams across CEE and within priority countries.\

     

    Execute Market Strategy and Evangelize Softline’s Solution Portfolio
     

    1. Execute marketing strategy to the team that maximizes the revenue opportunity and demonstrates knowledge of the marketplace and portfolio of customers.
    2. Be part of GTM plan development and implementation.
    3. Drive marketplace demand in alignment with customer plans.
    4. Close daily work with key IT vendors.
    5. Develop and implement successful CJM by using different approaches – digital & telecom.
    6. Market Monitoring & Analytics.

     

    Knowledge and skills:  

     

    1. Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Commerce, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing including digital marketing, social media, marketing communication campaign, and event management, etc. Preferred to have B2B experience in marketing/PR agency
    3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
    4. Execute vision and marketing strategy for Softline in CEE and being part of deep relationships with key strategic partners.
    5. Being part of local marketing communication channel management, including but not limited to social media, website, EDM campaigns, etc.
    6. Offer innovative approaches to sales growth through marketing.
    7. Promote a Shared Culture of Diversity and Respect.
    8. Must have high creative energy, team player, and love cooperation and teamwork.
