    The Marketing Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the operational excellence of MongoDB’s Marketing organization. In this cross-functional role, the candidate will execute as a key player in configuring, building and improving MongoDB’s marketing technology stack and will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations to strategize, organize, enable, and expand capabilities that support marketing goals.

     

    This role can be based out of our Dublin/London office or remotely in the EMEA region.

     

    Main Responsibilities

     

    1. Be a power user and admin in multiple technologies in the marketing stack, working as an active voice in architecture decisions
    2. Ensure effective and efficient design of solutions combining  technology and business processes
    3. Maximize the value provided by each tool, and manage integration between them
    4. Align with stakeholders to assess needs, perform gap analysis, and build a roadmap for new technology and capability development
    5. Partner with campaign teams to build custom execution needs
    6. Perform vendor selection, procurement, onboarding, and engage with customer success
    7. Monitor health and data hygiene of operational systems
    8. Proactively plan and organize system maintenance

     

    Requirements

     

    1. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
    2. Experience across a variety of marketing technologies (Eloqua, Marketo, SplashThat, Workato, Segment, Intercom, 6sense, etc.) integrated with Salesforce.com
    3. Experience working with an iPaaS solution like Workato, Tray, Mulesoft, etc…
    4. Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes
    5. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
    6. Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving
    7. Bachelor's Degree focusing in Business or Computer Science preferred

     

    Bonus Points

     

    1. Experience with both B2B and B2C
    2. Intermediate knowledge and experience using SQL and APIs
    3. Master’s Degree or some programming experience
    4. Experience with Salesforce.com Administration
    5. Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, etc…)
    6. Experience in a mature Marketing Operations team, combining the needs of developers, business analysts and business stakeholders to build solutions
