We're growing our Americas Marketing organization to support our rapidly scaling business. We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Americas Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) who is passionate about growing revenue, generating pipeline, and working closely with a high-caliber sales team.
The Marketing Manager – Americas Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) will work hand-in-hand with our sales team focused financial services and insurance industries to grow the business, including developing and executing demand generation campaigns and driving pipeline progression programs. Additionally, this role will drive ABM in collaboration with sales to a set of top target accounts in these sections.

About you:
- You are operationally minded. You have a strong background in metrics tracking, marketing automation, and implementing processes
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating across a wide variety of stakeholders
- You have a self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and aren’t afraid of building programs from scratch
- You are a strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of urgency to get it done
Responsibilities:
- Own all marketing effort in the Americas for Financial Services and Insurance including demand gen and pipeline progression – effectively deliver pipeline generation for both upmarket and down-market accounts
- Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
- Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing for top targets accounts, in collaboration with sales and aligned to sales goals.
- End to end ownership of the marketing plan for the diversified business, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region to tracking towards revenue targets
- Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer facing events including tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events
- Provide leadership on the Americas business and ensure the field team is getting what they need to support business growth effectively. Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales and BDRs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account based marketing roles with technology/software companies
- Excellent communicator, with proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution
- Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
- Experience running account-based marketing with a set of named accounts
- Experience marketing to financial services or insurance preferred
- Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously
