    The Particulars

     

    🆓 Full-Time: You’ll be the Digital Marketing Manager working across all of our client accounts—this role demands your full attention.

     

    (NB: That said, we generally don’t care if you freelance on the side because we’re not your Mom—as long as you get your work done, of course!)

     

    👨🏾‍💻 Remote: Work how and where you want.

     

    💰 Compensation: ~£35K/year.

    The Role

     

    The Digital Marketing Manager will work across all of our client’s accounts. The main responsibilities of the role include (in order of priority):

     

    1. The set-up and optimisation of all the agency’s performance marketing

    2. Promotion support for all of the agency’s content marketing contracts

    3. Strategy creation (including SEO) for content marketing retainers

    4. Digital audits for new clients

     

    Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all the agency’s digital marketing efforts. The role would be best suited for a specialist performance marketer interested in diversifying their skillset, or a generalist with a solid background in performance marketing.

     

    You will work directly with the agency’s Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, William Gadsby Peet, with tonnes of opportunity to define the role and grow in any direction you’re interested in. We love our team and are fiercely loyal to the folk who choose to work with us – so whatever your professional ambitions are, we’ll fight tooth and nail to support them.

     

    A Day In The Life

     

    Here’s what you’ll work on:

     

    1. Priority #1 Set up and maintenance of performance marketing campaigns on the following channels:

      1. Google

      2. Facebook & Instagram

      3. LinkedIn

      4. TikTok

      5. Pinterest

      6. Twitter

    2. Conversion tracking set-up and testing for all performance marketing channels

    3. Reporting on campaign performance to clients on monthly check-in calls

    4. Strategy ideation and implementation for content marketing

    5. Content promotion (Earned, Owned & Paid)

    6. Social media audits and strategy creation

    7. Website audits and analysis including landing page optimisation

    8. Digital PR and outreach to press and publications

     

    Some Experience You Might Have (But Not Required)

     

    1. 3+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns (either in-house or in an agency environment)

    2. Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritise, organise your own time and consistently meet internal and external deadlines

    3. Content marketing strategy creation and oversight with a particular focus on SEO and keyword research

    4. Market analysis, research, and reporting

    5. Organic social media management

    6. Content promotion

    1. Highly responsive on email, Slack, Asana, etc. (but also sets clear work-hour boundaries and sticks to them)

    2. Is a doer (we love theory and strategy, but what we really need is someone that will get right in the weeds of execution and - excuse our French - get shit done)

    3. Genuinely creative and overflowing with ideas

    4. Effective communicator and a delightful collaborator

    5. Diplomatic, with great interpersonal skills & enthusiasm

    6. Flexible multitasker who prioritises their time efficiently
