    Marketing Co-Op/Intern

     

    Ottawa, ON 

     

    4-month full time (40 hrs/week) term starting January 2023

     

    About the Team

     

    We’re looking for someone with a passion for all things Marketing who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects, while supporting the North American Field Marketing team within the Marketing, Demand Generation department. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Co-op Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.

     

    What You Will Do

     

    In this role, you will pair with our leaders across various Marketing functions to support them in their initiatives.  You will gain broad exposure across Marketing strategy, planning and execution.  You will:

     

    1. Track program performance 
    2. Support marketing program execution
    3. Research marketing best-practices
    4. Support team in other areas such as email communication creation using Eloqua
    5. Support management of program enablement materials using Highspot
    6. Assist with project intake as needed
    7. Perform other marketing tasks as required

     

    What We Are Looking For

     

    1. Currently enrolled in a Marketing program
    2. Passionate about learning and researching
    3. Strong planning skills and attention to detail
    4. Enjoys talking to people from all groups and all levels
    5. A self-starter with strong initiative
    6. Natural curiosity and isn’t afraid to ask a lot of questions
    7. Interested in gaining invaluable, hands-on marketing experience in one of the top tech companies in the country!

     

    Things that Would Definitely Help

     

    1. Experience using Salesforce Community, Eloqua, Microsoft Office, SharePoint
    2. Any Marketing experience
