We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating digital and print projects according to timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting, and ensuring quality throughout project lifecycles are central to this position.
As Project Manager, you will consistently deliver exceptional service through excellent project management and will be an integral part of the overall marketing team responsible for managing, supporting, and/or executing the coordination of marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for managing several programs at a time. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the projects will often span departments and require action from external stakeholders.

This position is fully remote.
What you will do
- Manage multiple simultaneous end-to-end projects of high complexity, multi-channel, marketing campaigns across the marketing team focused on different audience groups from initiation to closure
- Build project plans including a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
- Develop and assign deliverables to set timelines
- Monitor project workflows to determine if the tasks will be completed on time
- Adjust deliverables and timelines where necessary according to team priorities
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle by assessing risks
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Delegating tasks on projects to team members best positioned to complete them
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Onboard third-party vendors and individual contributors, as well as manage the creative production agency partner and agency status meetings
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution including process, systems, and documentation
What you will need
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years’ work experience in project and/or marketing management
- PMP/PMI Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with different types of marketing and creative projects, and the associated technical aspects including print, social, email, video, media, and advertising
- Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
- Demonstrated leadership managing project teams
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a track record of taking initiative, working independently, think proactively, and achieving deadlines,
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills with stakeholders and other departments
- Experience working in a virtual team working environment, organizing virtual workflow, meeting and check-in cadence, and communication via virtual messaging tools
