    Infopro Digital is a rapidly growing, market leading, B2B publisher with 50+ brands globally and counting. A fantastic role is available within our dynamic marketing team. This is a role that offers structure, whilst encouraging fresh ideas. The successful candidate will be involved hands-on with activity and revenue responsibility for two of our most established brands, Risk Learning and Central Banking. The role will be primarily to execute marketing campaigns for the brands’ online training offering and will also involve marketing live training events.

     

    Working closely with the rest of the marketing team plus the sales and production teams, you will drive leads and online bookings via multiple channels. The individual is expected to test, analyse and devise new ways of engaging with our audience.

     

    They will do this by developing a deep understanding of the market and the segments within it. Using a range of techniques, the individual will understand how the content needs and behavioural patterns of each segments differs, and tailor their marketing efforts accordingly.

    1. Previous marketing experience (in industry or academic)
    2. Excellent project management and communication skills
    3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel
    4. Attention to detail and copywriting experience
    5. Analytical - judge the success of marketing activity and spot potential new marketing opportunities
    6. A good working knowledge of excel, ideally to an intermediate standard
    7. Passion to understand more about Digital Marketing & Google Analytics
    8. Customer centric approach and ensuring our delegates have a slick user journey via all digital touchpoints
    9. Creative thinker and proactivity - coming up with innovative marketing solutions and making them become a reality

     

     

    Activity:

     

    1. Execute and track the success of acquisition and lead generation campaigns, via multiple digital channels.
    2. Set up and monitor the effectiveness of automated campaigns (HubSpot) and lead workflows (SalesForce).
    3. Monitor and improve funnel conversion for brands. Traffic to registration and registration to delegate.
    4. With the help of the brand team, providing more in-depth technical product knowledge, write engaging copy that draws clients into our training courses.
    5. Utilise all online and offline channels to improve conversion levels. Create multi-media, multi-effort campaign plans for segments of prospects.
    6. Improve the Social Media activity – learn how to use social platforms to drive traffic into the sales funnels.
    7. Track, test (and test again), analyse all elements of campaign performance. Constantly testing against the control. Share learnings and best practice.
    8. Identifying up-sell opportunities and key target organisations for enterprise sales.
    9. Create benchmarks and KPI targets surrounding activity. Have clear and agreed aims communicated to the senior management team
    10. Create online brochures and other marketing material to exploit cross-selling opportunities.
    11. Creating regular site refreshes to improve sales based on results from site analytics.

     

    Requirements

     

    The ideal candidate will hold experience in marketing. However, practical experience within the sector is not essential – a passion for marketing and ambition are far more important to us.
