    Human Interest is looking for a strategic-minded marketing operations specialist to help build and maintain our marketing automation, email build and deployment, audience segmentation, and marketing technology stack. Automation plays a crucial role in compounding the efficacy of our marketing, sales development, customer success, and onboarding teams.

     

    Reporting to the Head of Growth Operations, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support marketing. This role sits within the broader Revenue organization and will work closely with the Growth Marketing, Brand & Content, Product Marketing, Product Design, Data, Revenue Operations, and various product teams to power bookings and revenue growth at Human Interest.

     

    What you get to do every day

     

    1. Manage marketing and operational (transactional) email requests (audience, build, test, deploy)
    2. Manage marketing automation audiences across platforms, including but not limited to Marketing Automation, CRM and product database
    3. Partner with Sales Development, Customer Support, and the broader revenue team to support and build email sequences in our Sales Engagement platform (SEP)
    4. Administer our marketing automation system—ensure access and quality controls, as well as data integrity
    5. Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing to design & execute lead nurture programs
    6. Find strategic ways to leverage automation and create efficiency wherever possible
    7. Find creative technical solutions to unique problems to help streamline work for internal stakeholders which will in turn make the customer experience better.    

     

    What you bring to the role

     

    1. 1-3 years of marketing operations, or revenue operations experience
    2. 2 year marketing automation platform experience, HubSpot preferred
    3. Experience with A/B testing frameworks in both email and user interfaces to drive business outcomes
    4. Eagerness to learn and grow, as well as develop cross-departmental relationships
    5. Passion for all things MarTech
    6. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

    Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $54,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
