    We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager responsible for creating go to market strategies & campaigns to drive new and renewal revenue - specifically focused on the Inside Sales market that will require experience driving marketing activity that engages Digital and Direct Sales. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be required to develop and manage inbound marketing/1:many ABM tactics and optimize Performance Marketing channels (Display, Content, Social Media, SEM) aligned to the target geography, buyer journey and buyer persona. You will execute strategic communication plans and marketing programs that create awareness, generate a high quality lead pipeline and increase touchless sales online, ensuring the customer is on-boarded, engaged and retained year-over-year.

     

    We are looking for someone to join our teams in Leeds / London, UK or Barcelona, Spain.

     

    You are

     

    1. Analytical. You analyze sales pipelines, revenue targets, customer insights, market reports, campaign results, etc. and action off of data.
    2. Customer-centric. You passionately seek to walk the proverbial mile in the user's shoes, allowing you to write and speak their language.
    3. Organized. You possess project management skills to quarterback a team of marketers to bring your strategy to life.
    4. Tactical. You understand how to create a strategic vision, what needs to be done and how to work with others to activate.
    5. Two-brained. You have the ability to seamlessly transition between creative right-brain thinking and analytical left-brain approach to deliver marketing campaigns on-time, on-cost and on-quality with measurable results.
    6. Collaborative. You’re an effective communicator who understands the importance of working with other team members to create great campaigns that reach business goals.

     

    You will

     

    1. Build. You will build, execute and optimize revenue generating and churn decreasing marketing campaigns.
    2. Own. Own a portion of new, renewal and retention revenue goals (shared with the Sales, Customer Success, and product management teams).
    3. Create. Create, analyze and adjust campaigns to deliver profitable improvements in an assigned market, sport or product line that result in acquiring or keeping the highest LTV customers.
    4. Develop. Develop quarterly marketing plans by defining objectives and key results needed to achieve revenue goals. You will focus on building integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for your portion of the life-cycle, market or revenue.
    5. Collaborate. You will be working with internal partners and external agencies (where required) to create all campaign materials (Brand, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Product etc).
    6. Prioritize. Prioritize projects as a function of their relationship to company mountain goals, department OKRs and assigned sport / market / product goals.
