What you will do:
- Lead all demand generation campaigns (multi-channel, multi-touch), including creating a strategy, developing forecasts and analysing results
- Deeply understand our ICP and develop strategies for capturing and nurturing these prospects to drive awareness and purchasing intent
- Use data to consistently iterate on your campaigns to ensure we’re always optimising to achieve our business goals and reduce CAC
- Experiment with different campaigns and channel combinations to optimise spend (so we hit our MQL and conversion rate targets)
- Collaborate with sales, product & operations to ensure we are segmenting and targeting the right prospects and communicating the right value propositions
- Lead our SEO strategy
- Successfully convey complex ideas and data to a variety of personas/audiences
- Communicate campaign performance to the wider team in actionable terms to enable the whole company to achieve wider commercial goals
- Lead the build out of our tech stack for our demand generation engine
- Be well informed of the ‘goings on’ in B2B SaaS and the wider tech community to ensure we’re identifying and taking advantage of market opportunities/tailwinds
- Look beyond just the marketing domain to apply insights that will help us drive pipeline velocity and contribute to our overall “go to market” strategy
- Help design a strategy to grow and scale the marketing function in Hook
Requirements
- You are an ambitious self starter who can work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision, who wants to grow with the business (and hopefully grow into a senior leadership role)
- You thrive in a fast paced, collaborative and targets driven startup environment
- You are excited by the idea of helping businesses grow revenue through Hook
- You have:
- 4-5+ years in B2B demand generation with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS
- Hands-on experience running lead campaigns and marketing automation
- Experience working with Hubspot, Google analytics, LinkedIn ads and can guide us on the most effective software tools for lead campaigns
- A track record successfully converting a high number of B2B leads from digital campaigns
- Great communication and copywriting skills across social media (particularly LinkedIn), email and website channels
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to company culture
