    Gridware is on a mission to create a future without wildland fires. We’re a rapidly growing company building hardware and software that monitors the power grid to prevent and detect faults that lead to wildfire ignition. (More about Gridware below).

     

    To make that happen, we’re currently looking for a marketing lead to help establish Gridware's brand and generate awareness of our products. You will be responsible for driving the company's growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. In this position, you will work closely with sales, customer success, and business development to identify target markets and create marketing campaigns.

     

    Why do we need you?

     

    After successfully launching our award-winning product with utilities in 4 states we’re looking for a marketing lead to help the company scale and grow. With our product already gaining recognition and adoption in multiple states, your role will help Gridware capitalize on this success and expand into new markets.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
    2. Identify target markets and develop plans for reaching and engaging potential customers
    3. Create marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, content marketing, and social media
    4. Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
    5. Work with outside agencies and vendors to execute marketing plans
    6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the marketing strategy

     

    Requirements

     

    1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    2. 3+ years of marketing experience
    3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
    4. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
    6. Experience with digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
    7. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    9. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
    10. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
