    Overview

     

    FT Strategies is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our innovative consultancy at this exciting phase of growth. Based at the Financial Times headquarters in Manila, the Marketing Operations Manager will support the Marketing team with audience research, lead management processes, database management, and marketing automation.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    1. Audience Development: Build data lists of target accounts and contacts for prospecting. 
    2. Segmentation: Manage data segmentation and lead scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
    3. Lead Management: Support marketing and sales revenue goals by optimising our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
    4. Campaign Management: Support the development of campaign flows to successfully move prospects through the customer journey to reach sales readiness. Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs.
    5. Database Management: Develop and maintain the marketing database, conducting regular data cleansing to ensure that the data is standardized and complete. Ensure that the database is compliant to GDPR, ePrivacy and other data regulations.
    6. Infrastructure: Own, maintain and improve our marketing tech stack. Work with Digital Marketing to manage the health of our database and lead management processes.
    7. Process & Workflow: Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective.
    8. Performance Measurement: Monitor marketing performance, develop reports, and make recommendations to improve the marketing funnel and sales pipeline.

     

    Key Skills

     

    1. 3+ years experience working in Marketing Operations
    2. Working knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM and marketing automation platforms 
    3. Ability to assess and optimise lead flows, lead routing rules, lead scoring, lead nurturing and other lead management practices
    4. Demonstrated experience in audience research, list building and data segmentation
    5. Strong understanding of database structure,  segmentation, data hygiene, and data compliance
    6. Knowledge of GDPR and other data protecgtion regulations
    7. Technically capable with a meticulous attention to detail and a desire to improve processes
    8. Strong analytical skills with an abiliity to draw meaningful insights from marketing data
    9. High focus on delivering results and understands the importance of measuring activity
    10. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
    11. A team player, who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
