    Summary

     

    Boutir is a video-centric commerce platform to run and grow online + offline business. With our industry leading technology, Boutir brings the Next Generation Video Shopping Experience to consumers and merchants that increases engagement and conversion.

     

    We are building a global team and looking for a talented, creative, and adaptable leader to support the growth of our sales pipeline opportunities. You are flexible to change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and excited to be advancing your career in SaaS sales.

     

    You will be part of the team that shapes how transactions take place for the new age customer. The team is responsible for end-to-end development and deployment of Boutir’s commerce partnership strategy to drive ongoing growth of mutually beneficial partnerships across a global team.

     

    What you’ll be doing

     

    1. Deep understanding of Boutir products, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and our ideal merchants
    2. Work cross-functionally with the global team to set priorities and make key strategic decisions for growing the market portfolios
    3. Build, prospect, qualify, and drive new opportunities through strategic cold outreach and other channels such as industry events 
    4. Prioritize and manage the entire sales funnel process from initial interest to negotiation and close; ensure the successful integration post-acquisition
    5. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers in partnership with Partnership Success and Support teams
    6. Responsible for awareness, adoption and advocacy of Boutir's core product & features
    7. Manage marketing activities and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaigns, e.g. advertising, exhibition, seminars, webinars etc
    8. Plan & execute eDMs, social media posts and other online channels to deliver consistent messages to customers

     

    We’ll be excited if you have

     

    1. Degree holder with a major in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
    2. 4+ year of working experience in digital marketing; advantage if you have experience in managing social media accounts, Facebook & Google Ads and SEO experience
    3. 2+ years full-cycle experience in a quota-bearing sales role, ideally in a high-velocity, short sales cycle SaaS environment for a variety of verticals where you have built net new revenue opportunities 
    4. Outstanding communications and influencing skills; must be able to present and build rapport with all levels and functions of an organization
    5. Must thrive partnering and building deep relationships with business leaders and executives that continue to translate to impactful revenue growth
    6. Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization: ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic setting, ability to work as a team
    7. Start-up mentality:  you are team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and no ego
    8. Good command of English and Chinese

     

    The role is remote and we are looking for candidates based in Malaysia.
