THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate that will support our cross-sell Casino acquisition strategy. This role will focus on reaching existing customers from our other verticals and optimizing the promotional strategy to drive trial and stickiness in FanDuel Casino. This is an energizing and high-profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Own existing cross-sell activities and strategy related to Casino acquisition from Sportsbook, while consistently challenging current approaches to raise standards and improve performance
- Execute bonusing distribution by understanding ongoing customer behavior from the sports audience
- Create sports-oriented offer and campaign strategies within CRM team and report on test effectiveness in terms of both acquisition and monetization of new Casino customers
- Have direct insight into promotional budget and impact of marketing efforts
- Partner closely with Early Life to capitalize on new Sportsbook customers
- Analyze performance of marketing effectiveness and report results to Marketing and Commercial leaders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams (e.g. Commercial and CRM teams from various verticals) to drive Casino customer growth through innovative functional enhancements and strategies
- Optimize campaign calendar based on factors such as sporting calendar, product launches, etc.
- Collaborate with creative teams on campaign briefs and themed promotions
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, growth marketing, and/or commercial with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
- Growth mindset; product led, data driven, and highly creative
- Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
- Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
- Track record of delivering business outcomes
- Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
- Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
- Customer focused
- Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
