Fanatics is searching for a dynamic, independent, and solution--oriented program manager to lead daily operations for the company’s growing gift card business. Fanatics is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, leveraging partnerships with all of the major sports leagues and hundreds of professional and college teams to deliver the largest assortment of fan gear anywhere.
In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to support b-to-b and b-to-c gift card programs, bringing together business leadership, customer service, analytics, site operations, card processors, 3rd party distributors, and other key partners to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of gift card programs
- Manage digital and physical gift card inventory, reorders, Pos
- Drive innovation in card materials, designs, and configurations
- Support the launch of new digital and physical gift cards on established and new sites
- Support the launch and execution of b-to-c marketing campaigns
- Support volume sales teams
- Research and resolve digital and physical processing issues
- Collaborate with customer service on program and product updates, policy decisions, and customer problem resolutions
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and all necessary support and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Escalate problems appropriately
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience managing gift card operations, including processors (FiServ, SVS), distributors (InComm, Blackhawk), B2B (Transaction Wireless)
- Solid knowledge of industry practices, lead times, associations, resources
- Customer-centric and service minded
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects, tickets, and open items simultaneously
- Resourceful, responsive, and perseverant – able to solve problems in a timely manner
- Ridiculously strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead productive meetings across multiple locations and time zones
- Comfortable in excel
- Experience with a web-based reporting interface
