    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy and programmes for our new products which sit across multiple geographies at Euromonitor and will be integral in helping us grow new revenue streams.

     

    Central to this position will be the creation, delivery and management of go-to-market strategies and tactical plans as we look to bring multiple new products to our existing clients and new audiences. The successful candidate will need to be able to understand business objectives for new products and apply effective and measurable marketing programmes to drive awareness, lead generation, revenue and growth.

     

    Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing, this exciting new position requires close working relationships with the New Product team alongside Marketing, Sales and Research functions and is vital in order to identify business drivers, define compelling messaging and segment markets and audiences accurately. Good confident communication, project management and the ability to prioritise tasks based on changing market requirements are also important skills required to be successful in this role. With an increasing emphasis on new digital channels, formats and interactive marketing platforms to drive client engagement, this role would suit a modern thinking marketer looking to own and execute marketing projects and campaigns within a leading market research organisation that provides businesses, governments and investors with global business intelligence, market analysis and consumer insights.

     

    Key responsibilities

     

    1. Design, own and drive the new product marketing strategy across multiple markets and customer segments
    2. Create and manage associated marketing plans throughout a fiscal year
    3. Lead the go-to-market process as we deliver and launch more innovative solutions and propositions to both new and existing clients
    4. Apply modern marketing techniques, tactics and channels to reach the required audience and deliver an expected performance
    5. Work with our content team, developing innovative content – written / multimedia / advertising / online - to drive and nurture a targeted audience through the buying cycle
    6. Utilise integral martech solutions (such as Marketo) to deliver efficient automated campaigns, pivoting mid-campaign if the desired results are not as effective as initially thought
    7. Develop appropriate communications to support an integrated campaign mix
    8. Work with our digital marketers to enhance and enrich our web and digital presence to ensure the best possible online experience for our target audience
    9. Maintain a budget against which chosen campaigns are planned and executed to deliver an expected return on investment (ROI)
    10. Enforce a data-driven marketing environment through effective monitoring, reporting and analysis of campaigns against a set of KPIs
    11. Identify and engage with relevant 3rd party companies that commercially focus on supporting business development within our target sectors / audiences and build influencer programmes to amplify our reach
    12. Leverage and utilise industry intelligence to add value and relevancy to campaigns

     

    Requirements

     

    1. Previous experience in creating marketing strategies to support new business acquisition in multiple markets, as well as creating cross-sell and retention programmes to drive maximum value / growth
    2. Ability to show demonstrable results in developing and implementing effective cross-channel marketing activities/campaigns
    3. Evidence of leading and managing projects in a global, matrix environment
    4. Clear evidence of working successfully with sales and product teams to gain the appropriate information and direction needed to deliver top notch campaigns
    5. A “digital first” mindset – ability to leverage digital channels and optimise the client experience at all digital touchpoints
    6. Proven success in delivering demand gen programmes through a range of marketing channels including email marketing, developing web content, SEO, PPC, social media, direct mail, advertising and events
    7. Practiced in dealing and negotiating with suppliers and 3rd party programme providers
    8. Experience in writing comprehensive, compelling copy for internal and external content and communications
    9. Previous experience with Marketo and Saleforce.com
