    We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join and help us lead the Marketing activation implementation.

     

    As a Marketing Manager @ EFG, you will lead the overall project management, and the workflow of the marketing activation area - concept, plan, implement, execute and report on cross-media project campaigns; Drive the conversation with related teams managers & external partners to scope the right campaigns and objectives, align the campaign with the partner's own programs and integrate the game IP into project assets, working with the approved license agreements and deliverables.

Quick decision-making allows us to create products & events which shape and define the nature of the esports market.     As a Marketing Manager @ EFG, you will join our Publishers Marketing and PL Marketing Hub team to support our EFG events; and Work cross-functionally with global teams across multiple disciplines and departments including Production, Operations, PR, Sales, and others to articulate product and brand vision.

     

    This position is located in Katowice.

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    1. Establish and use KPIs to drive successful campaigns for esports products
    2. Direct and produce all creative and communication ideas and assets used in marketing campaigns
    3. Scope and manage activation budgets
    4. Integrating game IP into project assets, working with the approved license agreements, and driving the conversation with related teams managers & amp; external partners to scope the right campaigns and objectives, and align the campaign with the partner's own programs
    5. Work cross-functionally with global teams across multiple disciplines and departments including Production, Operations, PR, Sales, and others to articulate product and brand vision
    6. Design campaigns establishing new esports products
    7. Follow through with the plans and bring campaigns to life
    8. Create, produce, and manage marketing assets
    9. Brief departments, freelancers, and agencies with their scopes of work
    10. Run task and campaign management, media planning
    11. Work closely with the department lead on the general b2b2 c strategy
    12. Cooperate with other departments to implement campaigns into the products
    13. Cooperate with game publishers on the approval process for marketing deliverables
    14. Report on campaigns, engagement, business impact, and consumer KPIs
    15. Qualitative feedback from clients & partners
    16. Reports of reach, impact, conversion of driven campaigns, and consumer communication

     

    Management responsibilities:

     

    1. Oversee the work of working students, trainees
    2. Oversee the work of freelancers and agencies

    Requirements

     

    1. University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Media Design, Journalism, or equivalent experience in marketing, content agency, or promotion.
    2. 3+ yr experience in marketing or agency work.
    3. Track record of running integrated media campaigns
    4. Track record of establishing new brands to the market: from brand design, finding the right tone of voice to the camping execution
    5. Experience working with other creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders.
    6. Experience working with younger audiences in a digital space, best-case esports/gaming or entertainment/sports.
    7. Hands-on experience in creating campaign assets including multiple IPs

     

    Specific skills/knowledge that are a plus:

     

    1. Good knowledge of media consumption behavior, content marketing
    2. Ability to plan and follow through will digital marketing and content planning, measuring campaigns
    3. Good knowledge of consumer analytics, audience segmentation
    4. Good knowledge of the gaming industry
    5. Good knowledge of the esports content offerings across multiple game titles
    6. Excellent copywriting skills in the English language

     

    Personal skills:

     

    1. Highly independent, self-motivated work style
    2. High curiosity to find the right channels, voice, and campaigns for multiple audiences
    3. Excellent communication skills, to sync across departments, geographies, and cultures, that work on the campaigns
