    It is the responsibility of our Marketing team to make sure that the world knows about Equativ and all of the awesome things our solutions can do. The team is composed by straightforward and creative individuals shaping our brand across the globe. They are the heart of Equativ’s global awareness and play a major role in orchestrating the global launches of new innovative solutions, communicating Equativ’s value proposition to customer facing teams and ensuring product success. 
     
    Your mission  
     
    The marketing role is a new role for Fr BU. it’ll cover both supply and demand even if the operations and efforts will be stronger on the demand side. The challenge is about delivering in a cross & matricial organization finding the right balance between global resources customization and local production.
    Cross collaboration between global departments & international roles: delivery and sales excellence + analytics - insights research -  scaling the best practices.
    Must rely on internal resources 
     
    What you'll do
     
    You’ll be in charge of promoting our products and solutions by coordinating, sending and tracking monthly and quarterly newsletters, designed in 5 languages
     
    You’ll create and update marketing collateral: sales deck, product factsheet, case study, etc.
     
    You’ll follow newsletters’ opt-out and you’ll send regular reporting to the sales team to make them clean the database
     
    You’ll support coordination with other Business Units for local communications and materials update
     
    You’ll work on creating videos or infographics that help us promote our latest features to the market
     
    You’ll also do many other things. Our job is different everyday… market and company are growing and moving so quickly
     
     
    1- Insights RFP /RFI  (pre-sales)
     
    Answering demand sales brief through RFP templates for Tiering 1 clients (targets analysis/context keywords recommendation); Added value if high potential revenue through specific tools GWI/statistica.
    Supporting the supply team for publishers RFPs (adserving and exchange)
    => custom presentations 
     
    Building knowledge and vertical expertise supporting the sales prospection
    Creating videos or infographics that help us promote our latest features to the market
    Research material for local insights and needs (measurement attention /carbon/ green initiatives ); supporting POC/ AB tests results and competitive benchmarks.
    Database segmentation to maximize ROI
     
    2-  Sales support 
     
    Promoting Equativ's products and solutions; supporting the right ones for the better Revenue ROI 
    Creating local factsheets, infographics, videos, webinars, case studies and newsletters. ( material translation and localization) 
    Working closely with the central marketing for the local go-to-market (new products/features /services /pricing) to adapt decks and offers. (key events of the  FR calendar) 
     
    3- Communication /Events ( post-sales)
     
    - Newsletters coordination with the outreach/ global team 
    - Managing the events and sponsorships calendar ( trade associations)
    - Promoting business cases internally and externally (awards) 
    - Helping with content production and PR amplification 
     
    About you
     
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
    - "Digitally savvy" 
    - Experienced with social media content and strategy in a business context 
    - Experience with programmatic media and advertising topics
    - Highly organized and able to organize and manage processes to meet deadlines 
    - French and English fluent, other European languages would be a plus
    - Highly collaborative team player focused on results
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
    - A first experience as a manager will be appreciated
    - Data-driven and creative
