Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers, and in a number of other sporting places. We are the largest crypto casino and sportsbook in the world and we are still growing.

    The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 80+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD. We have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

     

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

     

    We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow the Easygo brands by forming, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with influencers from multiple platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc in Japan. Aside from assisting the Affiliate manager in facilitating deals, your main tasks would include maintaining daily communication with the existing affiliates and onboarding more affiliates in a rapid-paced industry. To be able to do this, you will need to be fluent in both Japanese and English.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    1. Assist & coordinate the company’s affiliate program, including marketing promotions and initiatives.
    2. Research, source & evaluate and onboard new affiliates to the program.
    3. Maintain existing relationships with partnered affiliates.
    4. Monitor and analyse results of affiliate campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
    5. Handle day to day engagement and communication with influencers.
    6. Analyse competitors.
    7. Monitoring and setting reloads on a daily basis.
    8. Kindly note - This role is a full-time role that would require you to work 5 days per week, which would include 4 weekdays and 1 day over the weekend.

     

    Requirements

     

    Skills & Experience:

     

    1. You must be fluent in both Japanese and English
    2. All levels, including graduates and juniours are encouraged to apply
    3. Affiliate marketing knowledge is crucial
    4. Ability to onboard and manage influencers as affiliates
    5. Gambling knowledge advantageous
    6. Confident in data management with the highest attention to detail, measuring value metrics such as CPM & CPA
    7. Excellent communication
    8. Ability to take initiative
    9. Ability to work as part of a team
    10. Ability to work efficiently without supervision
    11. Ability to multitask
