About This Opportunity:
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in Docebo’s Revenue Operations function. The Revenue Operations Team is a global and centralized function positioned to support the entire revenue funnel.
Part of our Revenue Operations Team, you will report into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. This role has a dotted line into the Head of Growth Marketing and will be tied closely to the marketing team's strategy and business objectives. A Marketing Operations Specialist has a passion for the intersection of marketing and technology and plays a critical role in supporting demand and revenue generation at Docebo.
The Marketing Operations Specialist partners closely with all global sales and marketing leaders to build a world-class marketing operations center of excellence - across people, process and technology.
A successful candidate will focus on providing measurement, analytics and reporting for marketing, supporting marketing initiatives by setting up systems and managing data integrations. This role will also be responsible for creating new processes, and acting as an SME on marketing data when working with BI, Center of Excellence (COE) and other functions within Rev Ops.
You will work hand-in-hand with our COE and Revenue Operations teams to build full-funnel data revenue models for our business. By focusing on connecting these models with our marketing plan you can ensure our campaigns are forecasting needed impact from leads to pipeline - giving line of sight into attaining our targets. You will also manage the marketing technology stack with the Revenue Systems team ensuring we are making the most of our marketing technology needs and investments.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization and Operations
- Partner cross functionally to build world class acquisition funnels and measurable marketing programs that fuel growth
- Define, track, and implement operational solutions & processes that scale
- Build lead scoring methodology, optimize the lead routing and recommend actions to continuously improve our lead gen flow and buying experience - based on data insights
- Work closely with the inbound and outbound business development teams to align key revenue-impacting workflows, systems and processes and constantly improve them
- Connect Marketing, Sales, and Business Development operations across the customer acquisition and growth cycle to drive efficiency and keep all teams accountable to Revenue
- Proactively communicate progress, deliverables, roadblocks, and results
- Insights and Reporting
- Build standardized dashboards for operational purposes providing insights into operational efficiency (campaigns, tactics and lead lifecycle effectiveness) and generate ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new data sources from systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc.
- Maintain clean CRM lead data: manage data integrity of CRM and pipeline across our different tools and reporting
- Report on account-based program metrics, including pipeline velocity, account engagement and other cohort specific details
- Forecast revenue and provide visibility of our marketing metrics against forecasts and execute recommendations to improve go-to-market productivity (i.e. attribution model)
- Tools and Workflows
- Provide leadership over marketing technology stack, including the MAP, and integration & workflows with other revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Maintain a knowledge base of documentation, content, and training material
Requirement
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing operations background and interest in integrating software, creating automations, and auditing data for accuracy
- Expertise: Strong background in managing Marketing Automation Platforms, building and managing lead-scoring models, funnel and lead-passing operations, email automation and triggering, data compliance processes, and campaign reporting
- Systems Knowledge: Familiar with systems like GA, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and Tableau
