    About the role

     

    Are you looking to build and manage world-class SEM campaigns for a next generation ecommerce marketplace?     At Curated, the marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth using cutting-edge performance marketing strategies and in-house technology. We are a highly collaborative team managing paid acquisition, CRM, conversion optimization, and content production in partnership with many other functions.

     

    In this role, you will manage and grow our paid search and shopping channels. You will develop a growth strategy and be responsible for the day to day channel management to hit performance targets across multiple product verticals.

     

    What you’ll do

     

    1. Drive growth in customer acquisition through Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and identify new opportunities in partnership with our account teams
    2. Develop innovative channel strategies aligned with short term and long term business objectives
    3. Collaborate with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to scale acquisition through automation and data-driven recommendations
    4. Implement best-in-class campaign optimization workflows and test plans for keywords, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences
    5. Conduct ongoing AB tests in partnership with Product and Conversion Optimization teams
    6. Proactively track, report, and share performance updates to key stakeholders

     

    Qualifications

     

    1. Extensive professional marketing experience managing paid search programs, including 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns with $1M+ monthly budgets
    2. Deep understanding of paid search trends to efficiently scale campaigns at all levels of spend
    3. Expert level knowledge of Google Ads Editor for managing campaigns
    4. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, including the ability to evaluate large data sets and extract actionable insights
    5. Preferred: Experience with online marketplaces 
    6. Preferred: Experience with incrementality experimentation

    2. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
    3. High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
    4. Acute problem solving ability and drive to stay on the cutting edge of ad technology
