    Do you love solving puzzles?

Does the thought of teasing out trends and insights from data sets excite you?

Are you known as the Excel wizard amongst your friends because of the magic you can do?

If so, this role was made for you.

We are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join our team and to drive growth for our portfolio of clients. The role will be part of our analytics team which is the cornerstone for our entire service offering. As such, this role will have a direct impact on the marketing strategies of our clients.

At the strategic level, you will work with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies informed by data, as well as continually improve our company processes to deliver consistent results.  Specifically, you will provide insights that drive growth that won't be necessarily readily evident without a deep analysis on the data. You will be responsible to provide insights that will be part of executive-level reporting for 9-figure organizations around the world.

At the tactical level, you will help validate new marketing angles alongside a creative team, analyze CRO experiments, and work with channel performance data to look for new opportunities. This requires you to have a strong understanding across a wide variety of marketing channels (paid search, paid social, organic search, earned media, influencers/affiliates, video, display, and shopping ads). You will be responsible for delivering both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting, as well as performing in-depth analysis for key marketing initiatives that cover 7-figure ad buys.

If this sounds interesting to you, then at this point we bet you're probably wondering...

Who is Conscious Partners and what do you do?

We’re a marketing agency that’s been entrusted with driving the marketing strategy and creating growth for 8- and 9-figure organizations in industries as diverse as wearable smart devices, disruptive blockchain technologies, functional genomics and innovation platforms, to name a few.

We provide services for innovative organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to publicly traded companies.  We also are leveraging technology with a suite of products to leverage data and drive further value for our clients.

In addition to that, we also have an invite-only network of influencers and creators that we engage with that collectively have 10s of millions of followers. We collaborate with these partners to drive awareness of breakthrough technologies that can help people improve their well-being.

And why does your work matter?

How often do you see products that don't have a positive impact marketed and sold online? Too often. And instead of hating the privacy-invasive fearmongering digital marketing game, we're disrupting it and we're hoping to change the world along with it.

Our mission is to measure the impact of marketing and promote content, products and services that improve people’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.  And we stay true to this by only working with brands that align with our mission.

Our full roster of clients we work with extend far beyond health and wellness products. We also work with disruptive technologies, transformative experiences and anything that empowers an individual and raises their holistic well-being.

Have we got you interested yet? Do you want more details? Here they are...

The below are some traits and experience we believe are necessary for this role.

A few key traits about you:

    1. Ability to think on your feet. You can answer ad-hoc questions from clients with confidence and are able to support your answers with data.
    2. Data driven and passion for analytics. You love solving puzzles and teasing out trends/insights from datasets.
    3. Excel Fanatic. You love using Excel. You have an innate ability to organize data in an effective way to highlight the insight you've uncovered.
    4. Strong attention to details. You are intimately aware that the devil is in the details and have a proven track record demonstrating this skill. So much that the we want you to include "RAND()" as one of your favourite Excel features in the application questionnaire. Seriously.
    5. Strategic thought process and results oriented. You tackle issues with sensibility and always see things to the end. You are goal oriented and are tactful in achieving results.
    6. Excellent written and verbal communication. You can easily simplify a complex topic and you are able to use a variety of different methods to convey your message (including the effective use of charts).
    7. Have a high standard of excellence that borders on perfection, while being pragmatic enough to deliver results. While you love data and can provide deep insights, you understand the fine balance between over-analysis and delivering results.
    8. Are a lifelong learner, and a high sense of curiosity. You have a growth mindset and keep up with digital trends so you always stay one step ahead (e.g. GA4).
    9. Have a sense of humbleness. While you may be excellent at what you do, when it comes to tackling issues, you are open-minded and have a sense of humility.

Some of the experience you have:

    1. Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or work experience in lieu.
    2. Digital marketing background with at least 3 years of direct experience in ecommerce, either in an agency or brand role.

    4. Prior experience providing reporting to executive teams. This includes developing presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Slides.
    5. Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and analytics (e.g. multi-touch attribution models).

    Bonus points if you have:

    1. Experience in statistics and hypothesis testing.
    2. Experience using Google Tag Manager.
    3. Experience working with databases or data warehouses, or writing SQL.

    4. Unlimited paid time off.
