    The role

     

    You’ll be joining the Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

     

    You’ll be working on a wide range of marketing activities including developing compelling marketing materials, contributing to event/sponsorship planning and execution as well as getting stuck into the world of public relations and blogging. You'll be an integral part of our team as we drive revenue for the business, both through online and offline channels. Plus, we’re a small but mighty marketing team that loves a good cuppa and an even better chat.

    Requirements

     

    Who we’re looking for

     

    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a professional marketing role – ideally in B2B marketing. You’ll have knowledge of marketing tools and best practices, and can demonstrate the ability to write clear and concise content. You’re a go-getter who is willing to learn and develop your skills, able to work independently but also in a team and cross-functionally. You'll be resourceful, have a positive attitude and can start projects from the ground up, bringing your own ideas to the table.

     

    What you’ll do

     

    1. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll also work closely with the wider marketing team to create and deliver marketing campaigns
    2. Support with end-to-end campaign management, from writing short content and social posts, writing and building emails and webpages, to overseeing creative development of online and offline materials
    3. Deliver a regular social media posting schedule promoting our awards, events, partnerships, press releases and thought leadership to best enhance our online presence, along with regular reporting to the rest of the team
    4. Help manage the ClearBank website – developing content and supporting with tracking and web analytics to measure effectiveness to drive more marketing-qualified leads
    5. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Client Management, Product and Tech to create and update marketing materials
    6. Help create and update presentations and documents to clearly reflect our brand
    7. Bring your creativity and organisational skills to company-wide initiatives – including swag and photoshoots
    8. Help manage creative projects with an in-house designer and external creative agencies. Be a brand guardian – ensure consistency and adherence to our guidelines
    9. CRM maintenance, making sure our contacts and lists are up to date and the most effective
    10. Own internal processes such as supplier management and the marketing mailbox to distribute requests accordingly
    11. Supporting the marketing team with delivering ad hoc requests

     

    A bit about you

     

    1. 2+ years of experience in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment
    2. Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
    3. Words come naturally to you – you've a passion for writing and can spot typos or grammatical mishaps easily
    4. You have knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter – and a general desire to be a part of the online conversation
    5. Ability to actively engage with key stakeholders in the business
    6. Excellent organisational skills and deadline-focused approach
    7. You’re looking for your next challenge to further develop your skills in marketing
    8. Knowledge of CRM, content management systems, and email marketing systems such as Craft, HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
    9. Do-er personality that brings their A-game to every project
    10. The ability to work under time pressure in a small, but supportive team
