We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Marketing Project Manager. As part of our PM team, you will operate as the guiding hand bringing projects from initial ideation stages to final completion. You will work to define project scope and requirements, present to internal creative teams to generate solutions and campaigns, and liaise between the many different moving parts and complexities of any given project, ensuring timeliness and focus. This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skill and communication acumen, an ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress. Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a closely related field, in addition to experience in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities
- Working with the marketing director to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy
- Collaborating with content writers and graphic designers to create marketing content
- Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media channels that attracts and converts our target groups
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience with project management theory and best practice
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
