    As the Manager of B2B Content, you will play a leading role in bringing the Amwell vision to life through engaging content and strong storytelling focused on the Amwell brand, products and services, and client success. You will lead the strategic development of content assets and campaigns designed to acquire new clients, highlight new products and services, and generate pipeline growth. As an integral part of the content team, you’ll create and oversee the full spectrum of content creation, from ideation, interviews, and asset production to editorial reviews and campaign messaging. You will interact cross-functionally with the Demand Generation, Design, Customer Success, Account Management, Public Relations, and Sales teams to strategically develop meaningful content and messaging that aligns closely with key corporate objectives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1. Create compelling content assets and campaigns that closely align with corporate objectives and sales and pipeline needs
    2. Serve as a lead content creator and editor for highly visible assets that include case studies, eBooks, infographics, product one-pagers, and thought leadership articles
    3. Assist in creating, executing, and updating an editorial content calendar
    4. Lead webinar content, from ideation to execution, with both client and internal speakers
    5. Assist in agenda creation, speaking preparation, and content development for large in-person and virtual events
    6. Assist with the production of video assets, including script development, visual storytelling, and on-site producing
    7. Work cross-functionally with the customer success and account management teams to identify, create, and gain approval for impactful client stories
    8. Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to craft meaningful thought leadership content and messaging that directly or indirectly positions Amwell as a leader of digital care

     

    Qualifications 

     

    1. Exceptional writing and editing skills
    2. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Content Marketing, or related field 
    3. 5+ years’ experience in B2B content creation 
    4. Ability to communicate complex concept simply and concisely
    5. Healthcare technology writing experience preferred
    6. Skilled at both long-form (eBooks, case studies) and short-form (infographics, ad copy) content creation
    7. Experience writing white papers and other assets to support product marketers
    8. Deep understanding of writing content to SEO standards
    9. Experience hosting webinars through ON24 and creating impactful, well-designed PowerPoint presentations
    10. Superb attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask on multiple projects
    11. A problem-solver and self-starter who is resourceful in finding solutions to complex issues
    12. Video experience a plus
